Returns & Exchanges

At House of Chikankari, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check & Packing

  Ensure the Chikankari garment is folded neatly in its original packaging with all invoice tags attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the parcel; please ensure you collect the pickup acknowledgment receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
