Chikankari is a traditional hand-embroidery style from Lucknow. To preserve the delicate threadwork, we recommend dry cleaning for the first few washes or gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergent.
How do I ensure I am ordering the correct size?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Since our garments are handcrafted, there may be a slight 0.5 to 1-inch variation. If you prefer a relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, House of Chikankari ships worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for domestic orders provided the tags are intact and the garment is unworn. Please note that customized items and international orders are not eligible for returns.
How can I track my order?

Are the colors shown on the website accurate?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to digital photography and different screen resolutions, a slight 5-10% color variation may occur.
